Click and Collect Information   

Every effort is made to ensure stock levels shown are correct. However some items cannot be guaranteed to be in stock, and may be shown in error. For this reason we ask if you could allow the store time to check the stock, then email to confirm it is ready for collection.

Please allow 1 hour after receiving an email from Toyland Toyshop to say the stock is ready for collection before coming to the store.

If the item/s have been shown instock by error and stock is not available, we can offer a full refund on the order, or provide an alternative product.
